Are you an experienced public practice accountant looking for meaningful client work, room to grow, and a healthier balance between your career and life outside of work?

Creekside Accounting Ltd. is a rapidly growing boutique accounting firm in Kelowna, BC. We work primarily with small owner-managed businesses, professionals, tradespeople, families, and individuals throughout the Okanagan.

We're looking for a CPA to join our team in a Senior Accountant / Junior Manager / Manager-level role. This could be a great fit for a newly designated CPA ready to take the next step or an experienced CPA looking for a long-term home in public practice.

You'll work directly with clients and our team on a variety of engagements, including:

• Corporate income tax returns
• Compiled financial statements under CSRS 4200
• Personal income tax returns
• Bookkeeping file reviews and client guidance
• Tax planning for owner-managed businesses
• Client meetings, phone calls, and email communication
• Coaching and supporting other team members
• Improving processes as our firm continues to grow

You'll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, solve real business problems, and develop your technical and leadership skills.

You'll likely be a good fit if you:

• Hold a CPA designation or are newly designated
• Have public practice experience
• Are comfortable with corporate tax and compiled financial statements
• Have experience with personal tax and owner-managed businesses
• Communicate clearly and enjoy working directly with clients
• Are organized, dependable, and able to manage competing priorities
• Take pride in producing high-quality work
• Enjoy learning, problem-solving, and taking initiative
