Every client’s situation is different. Pricing reflects the time and complexity involved. Detailed price lists are available to help you anticipate the total cost of your services.
No, all of our fees are based on our detailed price lists available above. If additional services are needed outside of these price lists we will confirm these fees before proceeding.
Routine communication related to active work is included as are small email inquiries throughout the year. Advisory or planning discussions are billed separately.
We can provide a pre-authorized payment plan (PAD) once services are complete. Please note that tax returns are not filed until invoices are paid in full.
Payment for consultations is due in advance, usually at the time of booking. Payment for tax services is due once your services have concluded and your tax return is prepared.
We prefer payment by e-transfer although credit card (Visa / MasterCard / Amex), cheque, cash, and PAD are all available payment methods.
