Electronic and distance tax returns encouraged:

For the comfort and health of our staff and clients, please drop off your tax returns remotely. The steps to complete this are listed below for your convenience:

1. Complete our information forms

We have an intake form available for new clients and an update form for returning clients. Both documents are available below in both Microsoft Word and PDF format. We've also included a personal tax documents checklist for all clients to help you get organized and claim all available tax credits and deductions. 

2. Consider our excel templates

If you have a little extra time on your hands consider using our excel templates to prepare your own rental summary, small business summary, or medical summary. If you'd rather leave this to us, no problem! We're happy to help. 

3. Provide your documents

Document drop off can occur in multiple formats depending on your needs:

  1. For your paper records: using our secure and locked outdoor drop box located near our front door. 
  2. For your electronic records (option 1): sending us your scanned or PDF documents using our secure and encrypted drop box link available here: Upload Here!
  3. For electronic records (option 2): emailing us your documents. Please contact us to find the best email to use. 

4. Waiting for inquiries

Once the preparation of your return has begun we will email (or call, or text) you with any inquiries and next steps.  Generally tax return preparation takes 7 - 14 days once all of your information has been provided. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out!

5. When we're done

We'll send you an email with an electronic copy of your tax return and will be facilitating signing using DocuSign. Paper copies of your tax returns and other records pickup can still occur but please call ahead so we can arrange the safest way to do this. If you'd like a finalization appointment we are happy to provide this by phone.
